⚠️ BALLISTIC INFORMATION

Gang Wayz products are engineered to stop common handgun threats (up to .44 Magnum).However, no personal armor can guarantee complete protection in every situation.

These products are not designed or guaranteed to stop:

  • Armor-Piercing (AP) rounds or ammunition with hardened metal, steel, or tungsten cores
  • Rifle or carbine ammunition (5.56×45 mm NATO, 7.62×39 mm, .308 Win etc.)
  • Shotgun slugs or special high-velocity loads
  • Multiple impacts in the same spot

Ballistic performance may vary with bullet type, velocity, distance, angle, and environmental conditions.

 

ABOUT “NON-AP” 9 MM AND SIMILAR ROUNDS

Certain handgun rounds — especially some 9 mm loads — may not be marketed as Armor-Piercing yet clearly behave as such.If a projectile has a pointed metal tip or a steel/tungsten core, it must be treated as Armor-Piercing.Such rounds can penetrate soft NIJ Level IIIA-rated panels and even police vests.The Company assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage caused by impacts involving these types of ammunition.
