Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) after your order is placed.
Shipping & Transit Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days (Monday–Saturday) depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time 4–6 business days from order placement.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees Shipping is free on all orders within the USA and Canada.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Window Return requests are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition as received
- In original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify. Returns due to ordering the wrong model, size, or color, or change-of-mind, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at info@gangwayz.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Gang Wayz covers all return shipping costs.
- All other returns: Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (reviewed case-by-case).
5. Refunds
- No restocking fees.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
